Charles J. Franklin went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013, in Floresville, Texas, at the age of 76 years, 8 months, and 26 days. He was born on Feb. 5, 1937, in Covington, Ga., to Charles H. and Willie Agnes Franklin. . . .
