Charles G. Camarillo passed away on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, in Floresville at the age of 59 years and 5 months. He was born on June 16, 1954, in San Antonio, Texas, to Augustine and Josephine Gomez Camarillo.

Charles is survived by his wife, Jerri Lynn Camarillo of Floresville; children Kathryn Camarillo and husband Michael Mitchell of Converse, Karla Camarillo and husband Azarias Lopez of San Antonio, and William Camarillo of San Antonio; sisters Betty Rodriguez and Perla Garcia, both of San Antonio, and Mary Jane Hogan of Boerne; brothers Augustine Camarillo and Jamie Camarillo, both of Converse, and David Camarillo, Mario Camarillo, Raymond Camarillo, and Richard Camarillo, all of San Antonio; grandchildren Anthony, Ian, Ava, Naomi, Calisto, Kevin, and William Jr.; father- and mother-in-law Norman and Lolita Clark of Floresville; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

A memorial service was held on Monday, Nov. 25, at 1 p.m. in St. Monica’s Catholic Church in Converse, officiated by the Rev. Mauricio Lopez.
