Q: What’s been the hardest thing about filming in New Orleans?

A: I do love traveling, but being away from home for an extended period of time, it has been difficult. Luckily, we are so busy, so I have that to distract me, but I do miss home. I was born and raised in L.A.; my family’s there, my friends. That’s been a little bit difficult, but I’m focused and working and very busy. The hours are pretty intense.

Q: Since you’re also a singer, will you be able to do any music on the show?

A: Possible. I recorded some things that haven’t been played yet, so there’s always that possibility. That would be really cool. I’m a little busy to make music for it, but it’s possible.

Q: Would you like to do a role one day that involves both acting and music?

A: That would be great. It’d be a challenge, because music is a passion of mine, but I feel much more familiar with acting. I’m more of a vocalist than anything; I play a little guitar. So that would be a challenge.

Q: Are the “Pretty Little Liars” fans going to miss you now that you’re playing Caleb on the spinoff?

A: Caleb and Hanna are still together. So it’s a long-distance thing, and there are trials and tribulations that test their relationship, but it doesn’t go away completely. The viewers will have just enough. The storylines will reel them in to where they’re not going to think about it too much.
