AUSTIN -- The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added Leo Click Jr., 43, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list, and a cash reward up to $7,500 is now being offered for information leading to his capture. Capital Area Crime Stoppers and the Victoria Crime Stoppers are each offering additional rewards for Click’s arrest. Click has violent tendencies and is wanted for injury to a child, criminally negligent homicide and parole violation. All tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.

On August 18, 2013, Click allegedly crossed over the center line while driving on State Highway 35 in Refugio County, resulting in a crash that killed two people and injured six others. In November 2013, the Refugio County Sheriff’s Office issued arrest warrants for Click for injury to a child and criminally negligent homicide.

Click’s last known address was in Victoria, and he has ties to the Port Lavaca, Beeville and Odessa areas. He is known to work in the oil and gas industry as a crane operator. Click’s criminal history includes assault, possession or transport of chemicals with intent to manufacture drugs and driving while intoxicated.

Click is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He may have physical disabilities to his lower extremities, related to the 2013 crash, and he has multiple tattoos. For more information, see his wanted bulletin at: http://www.dps.texas.gov/Texas10MostWanted/fugitiveDetails.aspx?id=226.

Texas Crime Stoppers, which is funded by the Governor’s Criminal Justice Division, offers cash rewards to any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of one of the Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives or sex offenders.

There are four different ways to provide anonymous tips:
•Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
•Text the letters DPS -- followed by your tip -- to 274637 (CRIMES) from your cell phone.
•Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about, and then clicking on the link under their picture.
•Submit a Facebook tip at http://www.facebook.com/texas10mostwanted by clicking the “SUBMIT A TIP” link (under the “About” section).

All calls, texts, e-mails and Facebook messages are anonymous.

DPS investigators work with local law enforcement agencies to select fugitives for the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives and Sex Offenders lists. You can find the current lists -- with photos -- on the DPS website at http://www.dps.texas.gov/texas10mostwanted/.

Do not attempt to apprehend these fugitives; they are considered armed and dangerous.
