ARCA Racing Series regular driver Will Kimmel is expected to drive for TriStar Motorsports in five NASCAR Nationwide Series races in 2014, according to a recent announcement from TriStar.

Team sponsor Ingersoll Rand has signed on to be primary sponsor on TriStar Motorsports' No. 44 Toyota entry, and Kimmel will be the driver for those five races. Those races will include the March 1 race at Phoenix International Raceway and March 15 event at Bristol (Ten.) Motor Speedway. The other three races have not yet been determined. The race at Phoenix will be Kimmel's second-career start in the Nationwide Series.

"To say I'm excited is an understatement," Kimmel, the nephew of 10-time ARCA champion Frank Kimmel, said. "I greatly appreciate the opportunity Ingersoll Rand and TriStar Motorsports have presented to me. I look forward to continuing the Kimmel family impression in racing, now in the NASCAR community."

Kimmel has been an ARCA competitor for six years. During that time he's posted seven top-fives and 19 top-10 finishes.
