Robbery suspects head for March trial
Jury selection in the trials of Pedro Silva, 46, of San Antonio and 24-year-old Samantha Jean Cunningham of Seguin has been set for March 24, following their appearance in Wilson County District Court Jan. 21. Each is charged with aggravated robbery for their alleged roles in an Oct. 2, 2013, incident at a home near the Guadalupe County line.
Cunningham also is charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and with debit card abuse.

Other defendants on the Jan. 21 docket included:
•Dallas Warren Crisp, 30, of Pleasanton, who was set to enter a plea related to a burglary of a habitation charge stemming from a Jan. 15, 2013, incident in Floresville. Court records indicate that the matter has been rescheduled to Feb. 25, as Crisp was in custody in Bexar County.
•Roxie Jean Talerico, 20, of Pleasanton, charged as Crisp’s codefendant. Her next court appearance is Feb. 25.
•Basilio Garcia, 30, charged with possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility for his alleged role in a May 26, 2013, incident in the Wilson County Jail, was present for a pretrial hearing. His next court appearance is set for Feb. 3.
