Mid-Texas Symphony presents ‘We’ve Got Your Bach’ concert

Join the Mid-Texas Symphony orchestra and featured guest soloists as they present “We’ve Got Your Bach” on Sunday, Feb. 16, at 4 p.m. in the new Canyon High School Performing Arts Center on IH-35 North in New Braunfels.

“We’ve Got Your Bach” features timeless music from the “Three B’s,” the great composers Bach, Beethoven, and Brahms. Soloists Rita Linard (flute), Jennifer Berg (oboe), Andrew Gignac (trumpet), and Craig Sorgi (violin) and the orchestra will perform Bach’s “Brandenburg Concerto No. 2” in F major. Also on the program are Beethoven’s “Leonore Overture No. 3” and Brahms’ “Symphony No. 2” in D major.

Tickets range from $5 to $30 and can be purchased by calling 830-372-3089 or online at www.mtsymphony.org.
