U.S. Navy Seaman Jesse Tovar of San Antonio keeps tension on a phone and distance line aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer during an underway replenishment with the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Laramie on Jan. 29 in the Arabian Sea. The Boxer Amphibious Ready Group and the embarked 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit were deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
