ON-CALL CRISIS POOL WORKERS NEEDED. Part-time positions are available for after hours “on-call” crisis workers to respond to mental health crisis for Wilson and Karnes Counties. Duties include crisis interventions, assessments, referrals to stabilization services, and referrals for involuntary treatment services according to the Texas Mental Health Laws. You must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, etc. On-call hours are from 5 p.m.-8 a.m. weekdays, weekends and holidays vary. If selected, you must attend required training and must be able to report to designated safe sites within 1 hour of request for assessment. Esmael C. Estrada went into the loving arms of the Lord on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, in San Antonio, Texas, at the age of 76. He was born on March 10, 1937.

He will be dearly missed and never forgotten, said his family.

Esmael is survived by his children, Randy Estrada and wife Mary, Horlando Estrada, Eddie Estrada and wife Cathy, Anabel E. Martinez and wife Jackie Moncivais, Ismael Estrada and wife Aurora Lopez, and Alejandro Estrada; sisters Esperanza Aguillar, Sylvia Martinez, and Virginia E. Herrera; grandchildren Eric Estrada, Evette Estrada, Sandy Hernendez, Roxanne Estrada, Kelly Estrada, Monica Estrada, Jeremy Estrada, James Estrada, Ilianna Perez, Erica Perez, and Ruby Martinez; great-grandchildren Jagger A. Hernandez, Talia Y. Hernandez, Ivory E. Alvarez, Gilbert Alvarez III, Aiden A. Alvarez, Jordan A. Cortez, Trinity Aranda, Eternity Elmore, Danielle Elmore, Jacob Elmore, Nicholas Mora, Serenity Hernandez, Zoey Estrada, Jaden L. Estrada, Miles J. Estrada, Javier J. Madrigal, and Zaylee L. Torres; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8, at noon in the El Mesias United Methodist Church in Floresville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the El Mesias United Methodist Church on behalf of Esmael Estrada.
