The Floresville Independent School District is accepting applications for District Wide Custodian Positions, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. shift. ON-CALL CRISIS POOL WORKERS NEEDED. Part-time positions are available for after hours “on-call” crisis workers to respond to mental health crisis for Wilson and Karnes Counties. Duties include crisis interventions, assessments, referrals to stabilization services, and referrals for involuntary treatment services according to the Texas Mental Health Laws. You must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, etc. On-call hours are from 5 p.m.-8 a.m. weekdays, weekends and holidays vary. If selected, you must attend required training and must be able to report to designated safe sites within 1 hour of request for assessment. Compensation is at a rate of $200 per week plus $100 per completed and submitted crisis assessment, and mileage. If interested call Camino Real Community Services, 210-357-0359.

1920-2014

Geraldine Lock, born Dec. 12, 1920, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 2, 2014, at the age of 93.

She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by those who loved her, said her family.

Geraldine is survived by her sons, William W. Lock and wife Betty and James L. Lock and wife Linda; grandchildren Randy Lock and wife Monica, Tammy Lock, and Lori Carriello and husband Rob; and great-grandchildren Zackery Boone, Tyler Boone, Jacob Carriello, and Madison Carriello.

Visitation will be from held on Wednesday, March 5, from 5-9 p.m. in the Mission Park Funeral Chapels South in San Antonio.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the funeral chapel, with Pastor Bob Braun officiating.

Interment will follow in the Mission Burial Park South.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Adkins, Texas.
