17th annual Children’s poster contest celebrates Flag Day

In honor of Flag Day, Catholic Life Insurance invites all children currently enrolled in grades kinder through fifth to participate in its 17th annual children’s poster contest. The deadline to submit entries is Friday, May 9.

The theme for this year’s poster contest, “Our Flag Stands for Freedom,” will give children an opportunity to express creativity and originality, and also show what the flag and its principles mean to them. All posters must include an image of the American flag.

Entry forms and complete contest rules may be downloaded at An entry form must be completed legibly and attached to the back of the poster for qualification. Send entries to Catholic Life Insurance Poster Contest, P.O. Box 659527, San Antonio, TX 78265.
