Sisters Kayla N. and Kelsey M. Markgraf of Adkins have earned recognition from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Kayla has been named to the university’s honor roll for the fall 2013 semester.

Students named to the honor roll are required to obtain a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher.

Kelsey has been named to the College of Business dean’s list for the 2013 fall semester.

Students named to the dean’s list are required to achieve a grade-point average of 3.75 or higher.

The girls are the daughters of Kevin and Tammy Markgraf of Adkins and the granddaughters of Irene Lyssy of La Vernia.
