TOTC...Just because your "POSTAL ADDRESS" says Floreville,doesnt give you the right to vote in Floresville. Just like those people living on Tower Rd with a San Antonio Address don't get to vote in San Antonio elections.

If you do not live "in" Floresville you should not vote in Floresville, if voting in are city elections is so important move inside the city limits.
