1954-2014

Gerald “Red” Glenn Grams of Stockdale, Texas, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2014. He was born on Feb. 25, 1954, in San Antonio to Gilbert Edward and Margie (Brooks) Grams. Red was preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Edward Grams; brother Les Grams; and sister Kathy James.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ann; children Jason Grams and wife Stephanie, Angela Grams, Lesley Barrera and husband Joe, Lacie Grams, and Kimberly Baze and husband Chuck; stepson Chris Sommers; grandchildren Brady Grams, Blake Grams, Taylor Grams, Hallie Villarreal, Jaylon Villarreal, Jakob Villarreal, Joseph Barrera, Alexis Barrera, Nathen Barrera, Payton Lerma, Hunter Sommers, Easton Sommers, and Noah Lara; mother Margie Grams; siblings Vivian Artz and husband Thom, Richard Grams and wife Dottie, Terri Connelley and husband Steve, and Pamela Gandy; numerous nieces and nephews; and many loving friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22, at 2 p.m., along with a rosary in the Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia.

Memorial contributions may be made by signing up to be an organ donor.
