The Floresville 4A Corp. board meeting scheduled for this evening has been canceled, according to Mitsuko Ramos, governmental relations/project manager with Kaufman Killen, the board’s legal representatives.

Ramos contacted the Wilson County News by phone to advise there would be no quorum and the board will not meet.
