Three Oaks Extension Club met March 5 in the Three Oaks Community Center.

The program included a guest speaker, Judge Sara Canady, who spoke on her duties as judge.

Michelle Alewine, County Extension Agent Family and Consumer Sciences, gave a demonstration on home cannings, preparing and canning jams, jellies, and vegetables. Michelle was assisted by her husband, Jared Alewine.

Mary Ann Coldewey and Wilma Kirchoff served delicious refreshments following the meeting.

The club’s next meeting will be Saturday, April 5, at 1:30 p.m. New members are welcome.

Theresa Raabe is a member of the Three Oaks Extension Club.
