Native Plant Society presents seed program

The Guadalupe County Chapter of the Native Plant Society will present “Seeds and Sympathy” on Tuesday, April 8, at 7 p.m. in St. John’s Lutheran Church on F.M. 465 in Marion.

Minnette Marr, staff member of the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center at the University of Texas at Austin, will present a program about seeds, to include seed harvesting, maturation, cleaning and preparation, and storage.

The public is welcome. Attendees may arrive early for a plant/seed exchange and greeting at 6:30 p.m.
