Floresville North Elementary School students and staff celebrated Read Across America Day, an annual nationwide reading celebration in honor of Dr. Seuss’ birthday, by dressing up during the week of March 3-7.

To kick off the weeklong celebration, staff members were treated to a “Green Eggs & Ham” breakfast prepared by FNES administration. Many special guests visited the campus throughout the week, including central office staff, Floresville High School Student Council members, and student athletes, to read Dr. Seuss books to the students. FNES was delighted to participate in this event that motivated students to read.
