Keep Texas Beautiful (KTB) is now accepting applications for the 2014 Keep Texas Beautiful Youth and Educator Awards. The award program honors extraordinary Texas students, educators, and volunteers working to improve and beautify their communities. Applications are due by Tuesday, May 6, at 5 p.m.

Awards are given in a number of categories to elementary through college-level youth, as well as educators and youth organizers. In addition to the award recognition, all first-place winners also receive a $100 cash prize. KTB will formally present the Youth and Educator Awards during its 47th annual conference in Austin, scheduled for June 23-25.
