The Alamo Junction Rail Park just outside Elmendorf officially is open for business, following a grand opening event April 2. The park, as seen here from a helicopter, will accommodate railcar handling, switching, and storage. The park’s location is ideal for businesses establishing operations in the region due to the Eagle Ford shale petrochemical boom. Find out more in the April 9 edition of the Wilson County News.
