Sgt. Daria Fowler of the Floresville Police Department is the guest speaker of the Floresville Chamber of Commerce at its monthly luncheon March 19.

Fowler informed those in attendance about crimes targeting merchants in the city, such as counterfeit currency, theft, and burglary of coin-operated machines.
