1950-2014

Espiridion “Speedy” Morales Jr., a dearly loved man, went home to heaven on Friday, March 21, 2014. A man who touched many lives, Speedy was born Dec. 14, 1950, to Virginia and Espiridion Morales Sr.

His parents preceded him in leaving this earth.

Speedy grew up with three sisters, Gloria, Ruby, and Diane and one brother, Ruben. His siblings can verify that Speedy enjoyed having fun and made friends easily. Rarely could he walk into a building and not be recognized and greeted by multiple people.

Sad to see him go, but happy he is in paradise are his wife, Susan; and daughters Erica Campbell and husband Kavin, Virginia Nuss and husband Jared, and Susan Maria Garcia Patino. Also celebrating his graduation to heaven are his grandchildren, Miraculous, Kaelia, Violeta, Skyland, Eva, and Avril. Speedy had numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and dogs ... too many to name, but each with a special place in his heart and he in theirs.

His desire was to be cremated, and a remembrance held. As a result, family and friends will gather to celebrate his life Monday, April 14, at 6 p.m. in Turning Point Church in Floresville, Texas. Everyone is welcome to celebrate his life.
