ON-CALL CRISIS POOL WORKERS NEEDED. Part-time positions are available for after hours “on-call” crisis workers to respond to mental health crisis for Wilson and Karnes Counties. Duties include crisis interventions, assessments, referrals to stabilization services, and referrals for involuntary treatment services according to the Texas Mental Health Laws. You must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, etc. On-call hours are from 5 p.m.-8 a.m. weekdays, weekends and holidays vary. If selected, you must attend required training and must be able to report to designated safe sites within 1 hour of request for assessment. Compensation is at a rate of $200 per week plus $100 per completed and submitted crisis assessment, and mileage. If interested call Camino Real Community Services, 210-357-0359.

Thomas and Teri Dugi of Stockdale, Texas, are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their son, Jonathan Scott, to Kristan Elaine Jenschke, the daughter of Martin and Suzanne Jenschke of Poteet.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Edmund and Elaine LaFreniere, formerly of San Antonio, and Rudolph and Rita Jenschke of Poteet.

Kristan is a 2006 graduate of Poteet High School. She received her bachelor’s degree in wildlife management from Tarleton State University and her master’s degree in 2013 from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, also in wildlife management. Kristan is currently a science teacher at Poteet High School.

The prospective groom is the grandson of August and Emmerence Dugi of Kosciusko and Carolyn Hunt of Stockdale and the late Donald Hunt Sr.

Jonathan is a 2006 graduate of Stockdale High School and is employed with Louisiana Crane Co. in Pleasanton.

Jonathan and Kristan will be united in marriage on Saturday, April 26, 2014, in St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Kosciusko, Texas.
