The Floresville High School (FHS) Air Force Junior ROTC placed again in the overall standings at the Austin, Texas, “Operation Aerotec” model rocketry meet hosted by Bowie and Del Valle high schools. The FHS cadets won the overall second-place trophy from among 13 teams that competed. They placed in all three spot landing competitions, short (30 yards), medium (70 yards), and long distances (100 yards).  . . .
