As of April 2, Brock Michael Semingson is no longer employed with the Floresville Independent School District (ISD), said Superintendent Sherri Bays. He was a social studies teacher at Floresville Middle School, after being hired by the district in July 2013. . . .

If it got downgraded to a lesser charge, the P.I. arrest might have gotten expunged. Texas is notorious for its leniency with alcohol related offenses.
