Macy Leonhardt, a 17-year-old senior at Floresville High School, has been selected to join the Co-Ed Orange Squad Cheerleading Team at the University of Texas at Austin. Macy is the daughter of Kenneth and Penny Leonhardt and sister to Morgan Leonhardt of Floresville.

Macy has been on the varsity cheer squad at Floresville for four years, spending the last two years as captain of the squad. “I am so excited to be representing Floresville in cheering for the University of Texas at Austin. I want to thank everyone who has supported me throughout the tryout process. I cannot wait for the opportunities that lie ahead and Hook ‘em!” Macy said.
