Wet road conditions may have contributed to this fender-bender at the intersection of S.H. 97 (Standish Street) and 11th Street this morning. Morning commuters were delayed as members of the Floresville Police Department and tow-truck operators worked to clear the scene just before 8 a.m. in Floresville.
