Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office will host a Wilson County Master Gardener informational meeting Tuesday, May 20, at 6 p.m. in the Wilson County Courthouse Annex III located at 1103 Fourth St. in Floresville.

Persons interested in helping to start a Master Gardener program in Wilson County are invited to attend. If you have an interest in helping your county, friends, and neighbors with lawn, tree, and flower questions or garden and landscape questions in general, the Master Gardener volunteer program may be for you.

The Texas Master Gardeners are part of the national volunteer program designed to help AgriLife Extension bring research-based horticulture information to citizens in their county.

For more information, call Bryan Davis of the Wilson County AgriLife Extension Service at 830-393-7357.
