Help Wanted

Experienced dental assistant, requires 3+ years chair side assisting, open Monday-Thursday 8-5. Call Terry at 830-779-2727.
Very part-time help needed to feed cats, chickens, and horses, Monday-Friday, 2 times per day, morning after dawn but before 9 a.m. for approx. 30-45 minutes and p.m. before dark (summer about 6-8 p.m., winter 4-5 p.m.) for approx. 60-90 minutes. Suitable for someone who lives near location, which is exactly halfway between New Berlin and La Vernia. No smoking and requires working in all weather conditions. The District 10 4-H Roundup and Fashion Show was held in Lockhart May 3 with a total of 27 participants from Wilson County.

Winners in the Roundup included:

•First place -- Kassidy Fey and Chloe Keller, Sharon Halliburton, Jessica Puente, Chad Pargmann, Anna Welfel and Logan Baker

•Second place -- Alyssa Kopecki and Kayla Kopecki, Adlai Welfel, and Sara Buccigrossi

•Third place -- Haley Kopecki and Megan Kopecki.

Five of these 4-H members will advance to the 4-H State Roundup!

In the fashion show, the winners were:

•First place -- Cecilia Korzekwa, Anna Lowak, Alyssa Kopecki, Kayla Kopecki, Haley Kopecki, Megan Kopecki, Annabelle Welfel, Adlai Welfel, and Sophia Santos

•Second place -- Shae Shodrock and Sara Buccigrossi

•Third place -- Megan Amerson.

We have five participants advancing to 4-H State Roundup with fashion, as well!

Great job, Wilson County 4-H members!
