State sendoff for Stockdale Brahmas

Join Stockdale High School for the last sendoff for 2014. A group of high school UIL academic students is heading to the University of Texas at Austin to represent Stockdale High School in state competition! The qualifiers, Shelby Freasier and Shannon Freasier, will compete in computer applications. Also competing is Carley Trout in headline writing. Jessica Stevens is the state alternate in computer applications.

The students will leave Tuesday, May 20, at 8:30 a.m. The route will start at the Commerce Bank Texas parking lot, then travel in front of the elementary, turn left at the football field, travel down around the high school gym, turn right on West Street traveling up by the junior high and administration office, and then right at the old high school. Then approaching the high school building, our students will be out cheering their peers on to victory! The route will travel past the agriculture science building and band hall, turning left and out past the nursing home on their way to state to compete for gold!
