Voters throughout Texas have until 7 p.m. to cast their votes in the Democratic and Republican primary election runoffs.

Turnout in the five days of early voting was better than expected, according to Rose Pruski of the Wilson County Elections Office. There were a total of 738 voters -- 340 Democrat, 398 Republican -- who cast ballots by personal appearance.
