Rosendo A. Garcia, a lifelong resident of Floresville, Texas, entered eternal rest on Friday, May 2, 2014, in Floresville, at the age of 56 years, 11 months, and 10 days. Rosendo was born May 22, 1957, in Jourdanton.

Rosendo attended Floresville schools and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Floresville.

He was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Maclovio and Adela Silva; and his grandparents, Aurora and Guadalupe Sendejo Sr.

Rosendo is survived by his sisters, Mary Esther Bravo and husband Johnny, Erma Castro, Lisa Clark, and Cynthia Gonzales and husband Joe Tony, all of Floresville; aunts Dora Leal and husband Abelardo and Eloisa DeHoyos and husband Benny, all of Floresville; uncle Guadalupe Sendejo Jr. of Floresville; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
