Since January, Camino Real MHMR has used two rooms at Wilson County Courthouse Annex III at no cost for office space. The Wilson County Commissioners Court, at its May 27 meeting, approved a written form of the oral agreement, which is set to expire Jan. 13, 2015.

The commissioners also voted to approve an interlocal agreement with the Floresville Economic Development Corp. for road repairs within the El Rancho Grande Industrial Park on F.M. 537. Wilson County Pct. 2 Commissioner Paul Pfeil said the corporation will pay one of his workers to perform surface blading of two unpaved roads within the park, for which the county will be paid $50 per hour. The work comes ahead of the planned paving of Cardinal and Rancho Grande drives.

Also in attendance: Wilson County Judge Marvin Quinney and Commissioners Albert Gamez Jr., Ricky Morales, and Larry Wiley; County Treasurer Jan Hartl, County Clerk Eva Martinez, Emergency Management Coordinator LeAnn Hosek, Wilson County Pct. 4 Justice of the Peace Richard “Dickie” Jackson, County Auditor Tom Dupnick, and Lisa Eberhardt of the Wilson County Auditor’s Office.
