San Jacinto Museum free to military through Labor Day
The San Jacinto Museum is currently offering free admission to all active duty military personnel, including National Guard and Reserve, and their families through Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 1.
Qualifying personnel will receive free access to the movie, “Texas Forever! The Battle of San Jacinto,” the observation deck atop the San Jacinto Monument with views of the historic battleground of San Jacinto, and more.
The museum is located at One Monument Circle in La Porte and is open year-round from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. All attractions are wheelchair accessible.
