POTH -- Following some much-needed rain in the area, Outlaws Muddfest is excited to host “Thunder Jam 2014.” The event is scheduled for Saturday, June 14, with gates opening at 2 p.m.

The evening-long events include grudge-match racing, freestyle, Thunder Dome, a barrel race, and a tire-dragging competition. There will also be a fireworks show. The entry fee is $30 for those 21 and older, and $35 for those ages 11-20. Children 10 and under are free, but must be accompanied by adults 21 or older.

Free camping is allowed and encouraged, though no RV hookups are available. Showers are available, and there will be food, drinks, and merchandise for sale. Participants may take their own beverages, though no glass containers are allowed.

Muddfest will be held at the Bludau Farm, located at 848 C.R. 211.
