Eric Wiatrek is the 2014 salutatorian for Falls City High School. He is the son of Roger and Laura Wiatrek.

While in high school Eric participated in football, basketball, track, band, FFA, UIL, National Honor Society, and the Spanish Club.

One of his most unforgettable moments was when he walked out on the field as team captain for the state football game at Cowboys Stadium.

Eric’s advice for future graduates is to always try your best in everything, and anything worth doing is worth overdoing.

He would like to thank his mother, who has always been there to help him with whatever he was having trouble on and pushed him to become the successful person that he is today.

Eric plans to attend Texas A&M University in College Station and major in engineering.
