The Floresville City Pool, located in the River Park on S.H. 97 West reminds all to slather on the sunscreen, drink plenty of water, and hit the water for fun and recreation during the hot months of summer.

Patrons can make the most of pool amenities including outdoor showers, patio furniture and shaded areas, and snack vending machines. The Floresville City Pool also offers lessons and aerobics classes for a nominal fee to children and adults of various ages and experience levels, morning water aerobics for $30 per month, evening water aerobics for $25 per month, adult lap swim, and a Boys & Girls Club swim team. Patrons may even reserve the pool for special occasions such as a birthday party by calling 830-484-7205.

Outside food, drinks, and ice chests will be allowed if the patron agrees to let office employees search said items. Summer hours are Sunday, 1-8 p.m.; Tuesday through Thursday, 12-7 p.m.; and Friday and Saturday, 12-8 p.m. Admission is free for children 3 and under, $2 for children 4-17, $4 for adults 18-54, and $1.50 for seniors (55 and over). Pool passes may be purchased for the season for $75 per person or $150 per family (up to two adults and four children).

For more information, call 830-393-3108.
