Floresville Independent School District’s Reading Initiative, “Floresville Reads Millions,” was a great success this year. Our objective with the program is to instill a love of reading in our students so that they will become lifelong readers. We believe that academic achievement starts with reading, and our goal was for students to collectively read 8 million minutes by the end of the school year.  . . .
