Court reschedules Frazier, Lambeck cases
Bobby Lee Frazier Sr., 38, is set to return to the Wilson County District Court July 14, as prosecutors from the 81st Judicial District continue their push to revoke his probation.
Frazier, in 2010, avoided going to prison for 10 years when he was sentenced by 218th District Court Judge Stella Saxon to “shock probation,” which included a short prison sentence and a stint at a state-run Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility. This was after he pled guilty to intoxication manslaughter with a deadly weapon in connection with the 2008 drunk-driving death of his passenger, 26-year-old U.S. Army Reservist Nathaniel Davenport of Adkins.
His probation was extended and officials say Frazier tested positive for cocaine use earlier this year.
While Frazier’s appearance was rescheduled prior to when court convened June 16, his case remained on the docket. Another case on that docket was that of 36-year-old Carter Lambeck, charged with failure to stop and leave information, in connection with a 2013 crash on S.H. 123 near Stockdale. Court records indicate Lambeck was in court for a docket call, which was rescheduled to July 23, with jury selection ahead of his trial set for Aug. 4.
