Don’t let your summer go by without heading to the Sam Fore Jr. Wilson County Public Library to participate in its Summer Reading -- Science Rocks at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The library is located at One Library Lane in Floresville.

Themed story times include:

•Tuesday, July 8 -- Science experiments dealing with soda

•Wednesday, July 9 -- Special science story time with Mrs. Sheri and the five senses

•Tuesday, July 15 -- Special story and activity time about rockets

•Wednesday, July 16 -- “Bet you can’t” will be the theme of story time

•Thursday, July 17 -- Animal grossology will be the topic of Mrs. Sheri’s last story time.
