Don’t forget to mark the date on your calendar for the Floresville Volunteer Fire Department’s 13th annual Wild Game Dinner to be held on Saturday, Sept. 13, in the Floresville Event Center at 600 S.H. 97 W. in Floresville.

Attendees can eat their fill from a full buffet of wild game entrees and dessert catered by The R&K Group of San Antonio. Not a fan of wild game? No problem. Plenty of non-game entrees will be available. Activities throughout the evening will include a live and silent auction, prize giveaways, and a dance featuring “John Reeves and The Brew.”

Tickets are $75 each and may be obtained from any Floresville firefighter or by calling Brandi Burkett at 830-391-4088. All proceeds will help the Floresville Volunteer Fire Department purchase new equipment and maintain its vehicles.
