Robert and Jackie Gawlik of Falls City, Texas, are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Clarissa Rose, to Kirk Allen Huval, the son of the late Kirk Martin and the late Josephine Huval, formerly of Lafayette, La.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Elias and Florence Dugi, formerly of Kosciusko, and the late Otto and Rose Gawlik, formerly of Falls City.

Clarissa is a 2006 graduate of Falls City High School. She is employed with Freeport McMoRan Oil & Gas in Lafayette as an accountant.

The prospective groom is also an employee at Freeport McMoRan Oil & Gas as a SCADA and measurement specialist.

The couple plan to wed on Saturday, July 26, 2014, at Boulder Springs in New Braunfels, Texas.
