ON-CALL CRISIS POOL WORKERS NEEDED. Part-time positions are available for after hours “on-call” crisis workers to respond to mental health crisis for Wilson and Karnes Counties. Duties include crisis interventions, assessments, referrals to stabilization services, and referrals for involuntary treatment services according to the Texas Mental Health Laws. You must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, etc. On-call hours are from 5 p.m.-8 a.m. weekdays, weekends and holidays vary. If selected, you must attend required training and must be able to report to designated safe sites within 1 hour of request for assessment. Recall Summary

Name of Product: Dream On Me Dinah High Chairs

Hazard: The leg or side opening of the chair can allow a child’s body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck or fall from the chair. This poses a strangulation and fall hazard to young children.

Remedy: Repair

Recall Details

Units: About 2,800

Description: The recall includes Dream On Me Dinah high chairs made with a steel, powder coated tubing open-framed base with white plastic foot grips and black with white trim or red with white trim fabric seats. The chair has a white plastic tray, plastic footrest and a white fabric five point adjustable safety strap. “Dream On Me” is printed on a label attached to the front of the tray. There is a color-coordinated black and white or red and white fabric storage bin attached to the bottom of the chair legs. The high chair can be folded for storage.

Incidents/Injuries: None reported.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled high chairs and contact Dream On Me to receive a free repair kit.

Sold: Online only at Walmart.com and Amazon.com from November 2012 to November 2013 for about $60.
