Learn everything you need to know about the La Vernia Independent School District at its annual Newcomers Fair on Thursday, Aug. 7, at 6 p.m. in the LVISD auditorium next to the high school.

Parents/guardians and students can learn about valuable services and information, including:

•After-school Program

•Athletics

•Cafeteria

•Health Services

•Information on all LVISD campuses

•Registration Information

•Special Education

•Special Programs/504, ESL, Dyslexia

•Transportation.

Educators will be on hand to answer any questions and provide information for all of the LVISD campuses.

Additionally, several community groups such as the La Vernia Food Bank, Wilson County’s Got Talent, La Vernia Shoe String Stage Productions, the La Vernia News, and more will be on hand ready to answer any questions regarding local events.
