Media outlets line the road across from the Karnes County Residential Center Aug. 1, awaiting the chance to get photos of a second delivery of undocumented women and children from Central and South America. The first group arrived early this morning, according to Karnes County Sheriff Dwayne Villanueva. Two deliveries daily will take place during the coming week until Friday, when the facility will reach its capacity of 523 residents. The immigrants will be processed and given a date with a judge to determine if they will be permitted to remain in the United States. Watch for more on this in the Aug. 6 issue of the Wilson County News.

Do you think if we go across the Rio Grand and come back without papers we could get six sets of clothes, new toys, a flat screen TV and exercise room plus medical and dental all for free?
