A barbecue dinner fund-raiser will be held to benefit Margaret Perez on Saturday, Sept. 6, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Sacred Heart Parish Hall at 1007 Trail St. in Floresville.

Patrons can enjoy a brisket plate with all the trimmings for $8, along with a bake sale and a drawing.
