Teachers at Floresville North Elementary School are getting prepared to welcome students back for the 2014-15 school year. The first day of school is Monday, Aug. 25.

Supervision for students will begin at 6:50 a.m. Free breakfast in the classroom will be served from 7:10-7:30 a.m. Students will be dismissed for the day at 2:45 p.m. We are asking all parents/guardians to make sure their child’s teacher knows how they will be getting home the first day of school.

Upcoming Events:

•Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten Orientation -- Wednesday, Aug. 20, from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

•Teacher Meet & Greet -- First- through fifth-grade Thursday, Aug. 21, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Students are welcome to take their school supplies

•Grandparents Day Luncheon -- Friday, Sept. 5.
