Floresville business owners Jim Miller (l-r), Steve Smith, and Mary Helen Tieken present City Manager Henrietta Turner with a letter Aug. 28 signed by two former councilmen and several key business owners, requesting that city officials conduct the upcoming municipal election according to the city charter and state election code.
