It isn’t really spring cleaning. I have been looking for my birth certificate, which I know is somewhere in this house. I have emptied drawer after drawer of papers and magazines that I have saved over the years. That’s how I found a book from the local library. Now, I know that I am a procrastinator and I have often confessed to it, but I can’t believe that I have kept this book for so long. I had to go back a long time to remember when I checked it out.  . . .

Always enjoy Mrs. Castro's column on past times in Floresville. They are simple stories but so entertaining.
