FLORESVILLE -- When it comes to distance running, Floresville High School’s Victoria Mayorga is one of the best around. The talented athlete will now have the opportunity to continue competing after graduation, as she moves to Austin and becomes a member of the St. Edwards University cross-country and track teams.  . . .
